Participating LJ Hooker offices are offering $0 Upfront marketing package for properties launched to the market in Spring 2021 (1 September to 30 November inclusive)

By signing to the 2021 Not a Sausage campaign, you are agreeing to the following:
a) Property to be launched to the market in Spring 2021 (1 September to 30 November inclusive) for sale by either Private Treaty or Auction.
b) Vendors must sign the Not a Sausage marketing agreement and agree to the marketing package as specified with no adjustments.
c) $0 upfront package is payable at Settlement.
d) Power Marketing Options are payable up front, prior to launch of the listing.
e) If an auction is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event the full fee will be payable. Auctions cancelled prior to this will incur a $100 administration fee.
f) If a property is withdrawn from sale, the full balance of all marketing costs including the upfront component becomes payable within 14 days of withdrawal.
a) A person who enters their details above is considered a participant.
b) Participant’s personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database.
a) The participant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions and that entry of their details signifies acceptance of these conditions.
b) The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date shown above. ("Promotional Period").
c) All appraisals are to be conducted in a physical or virtual manner. Some may be required to be completed virtually due to COV-19 within the Promotion Period.
d) LJ Hooker reserves the right to request for further proof of ownership of the property prior to conducting the appraisal.
e) All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting your details, you will be taken to accept the terms and conditions of this offer.
