After having a negative experience with our last tenant, and our property manager leaving, agency appointed Madeline to be our new property manager. At first, I was bit sceptical, because Maddy was pretty much junior or assistant property manager. But I am happy to admit that I was pleasantly surprised with the level of knowledge and professionalism., Ability to please difficult landlords and tenants and there is the local government legislation thrown in to the mix. Maddys communication and customer service is excellent, We are looking forward having Maddy as our property manager and recommend her highly.
